With a degree in Architectural Engineering, Stephen’s background in custom residential design began in 1992 working with builders and as a private consultant with several Ohio architecture firms. He has since served as Project Manager and Senior Architectural Staff for two national award-winning firms and developed a list of private clients stretching across 6 states. His experience varies from room additions and starter homes to complete custom luxury homes with more than 7,500 sq. ft. in area. He holds Professional and Associate memberships in the American Institute of Architects and the Construction Specifications Institute, and is nationally CDT certified through the Construction Specifications Institute.
